Lassen Superior Court local form LSC-FL-120 – Declaration of Notice Regarding Request for Ex-Parte Orders has hereby been revised to reflect new time requirements for the submission of The Declaration, Request for Order, and Temporary Orders in Ex-Parte requests.
Effective Tuesday, September 3, 2024, The Declaration, Request for Order, and Temporary Orders in Ex-Parte requests must be submitted to the Court no later than 12 PM the day before the hearing. If not submitted timely, the matter will be continued to the following day. Form LSC-FL-120 – Declaration of Notice Regarding Request for Ex-Parte Orders revised on this date, and posted to the Local Forms page of the Court’s website www.Lassen.Courts.ca.gov, must be used for all purposes where applicable as outlined in Local Rule of Court 1(T)(1) – Miscellaneous Motions.
